Drugs that "Gobble" Vitamins - The Facts

 I recently saw this chart that shows what some pharma/over the counter drugs do to your body depleting it from crucial nutrients that you need to have a strong immune system and a healthy life.   This is eye-opening.  Review this chart and let me know if you have any questions.  See the bottom of this message for some next steps.
