#1. Stop injuring your immune system.
A)Regulate the stress response by changing your perception of your stressors. Stress floods the blood with cortisol, which can suppress your immune response.
B)Eliminate all white processed sugar. White sugar suppresses the immune system.
#2. Eat foods that support immune system.
• Mushrooms • Citrus fruits
• Garlic • Chicken Soup
• Fatty fish • Tumeric
• Green Tea • Broccoli
• Ginger • Spinach
#3. Super-charge your immune system with very specific nutrients.
1) Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) stimulates Natural Killer Cells and T-Cells to destroy infections. I suggest 3000mg/day.
2) Increase your vitamin D levels. Low vitamin D can cause a malfunction in the immune system. Vitamin D regulates the immune system. Get out in the sun, and eat fatty fish. I also suggest 10,000IU/day.
3) Take in mushroom extracts and supplements that contain Beta-glucans—simple carbs that activate Natural Killer Cells.
